Legal information
Privacy
policy
This website uses no cookies, does not measure traffic and contains no tracking tools. The only personal data that reaches me is what you write to me yourself in the contact form.
Who processes the data
Veronika Škorvagová, photographer. Contact: —
What I collect and why
Through the contact form you send me your first name, last name, e‑mail address and the text of your message. I use them solely to reply to you and to arrange a session. For nothing else — I send no newsletters and I neither sell your data nor pass it on for marketing.
The legal basis is your own request for contact, that is, steps taken before a possible agreement. Filling in the form is voluntary.
Who else sees it
- Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India; servers in the USA) — the service that passes the form on to my mailbox. Under its own terms it does not keep the messages, and clears them from its server logs as it goes.
- Netlify (USA) — the company on whose servers this website runs. Like any web server, it keeps technical records of visits.
I pass the data to no one else.
How long I keep it
Your message stays in my mailbox. If nothing comes of it, I delete it once the enquiry is dealt with. If we do work together, I keep the details for as long as accounting rules require.
What is stored in your browser
A single item named vs_sent — the time the form was submitted. It is there so that no more than three
messages can be sent from one browser in an hour — protection against spam, nothing more.
It is not a cookie, it holds nothing about you and it cannot be used to track anyone.
Clearing the site data in your browser removes it.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Just write to the address above. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can turn to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
